I've looked into several real estate CRM tools and most of them are lacking in features.

@Matthew Samson It's generally more efficient to use one CPA for your entire portfolio, as they can manage multi-state filings and streamline your tax strategy.

So, I'm not sure why you would feel the need to streamline this at all.

You could start with the house numbers, make them bigger and bolder so they pop, then maybe some dark decorations and that may be enough or if not then add more dark features such as shutters, paint some of the trim dark, etc.
