That gives him 9 1/2 months to rehab and fill the unit before seeing a drop in income from his projections.I understand that in reality that money will probably have been put to work somewhere better than a fat pile of cash in a savings account.

They also buy notes pennies on the dollar too, kinda like what happened in the bailout.So the question to your answer is a BIG FAT yes, and they don't exactly advertise it.

If the deal is fat enough and packaged properly, you won't have any problems finding money.Also, like Levi says, you need a narrow, but deep approach to marketing (not a bunch of superficial trials), then, continue to optimize the same approach.

If the GFCI is mounted inside a grounded metal box, those GFCIs are fat enough that the terminals on the sides can touch that metal box if there is any "play" on the screws attaching the GFCI to the box.
