For copper water lines, I wouldn't look to replace buried lines until they actually fail for the same reasons and again if doing work on the interior I will often replace with PEX as Im getting other work done.

The second one is not when you failed to install security cameras.You could go after the PM and contractor for failing to install the security system.

I think the worst are the ones that will say they can do something for you or bring something to you then do nothing at all/fail to follow up or stay in touch (lack systems, organizational skills, and actual work to produce).

What most fail to do (which you haven't), is underwrite all the other expenses like property management, landscaping, repairs and maintenance, capital expenditures, etc.
