, I went to extra lengths to make sure that you wouldn't take my post as a personal attack by starting by mentioning that I agree with what you wrote and concluding by mentioning that the sole purpose of my post was to make sure that yours wasn't intentionally misleading.So, over the form, my suggestion as an elder of the forum would be for you to not take everything personally and, if you still think you're being personally attacked (it can happen to everyone), read the post again and make sure you don't misinterpreted what the author meant before publicly complaining about him/her.Most importantly, over the content, you're correct that the Costa del Sol isn't the whole of Southern Spain.

Builders do this a lot to add extra potential sleeping area without having more bedrooms than septic is rated for.I have seen people put beds in the loft after closing or even close in this area to make an unofficial bedroom.Just be clear in your pictures and description and you should be fine either way.

I generally rule out most single family homes as viable rentals, as prices are pretty high relative to rents, so aside from some downtown neighborhoods, typically you do not find large areas of single family rental neighborhoods (a median sale price on a 3 bed, 2 bath home so far this year in Dane County on MLS sales data is at $430k).
