@Brian Flores- thanks   1) get pre approved  as its  easy / free and  it will  allow you to become more familair with the  process and the  numbers   plus it will get you organized and prepard  2)  enlist a  good realtor for your area and  let them know your paramters   3)  if a  property  comes  avaialble that  works for you and your  budget - move  forward quickly as  its likely  other parties are  probably  interested too     4)  if  no proeprty comes  avaiable - no worries  - you havent  wasted  and  money

No matter your level of experience, you simply will not be able to do everything on your own, so enlisting your own mastermind group will not only help you be more productive, but will help you work through the inevitable problems and challenges that you’ll face.Your team at the very least should be composed of a real estate broker, contractors, architects, insurance specialists, accountants and money lenders.
