Thanks Stuart,I think you bring up a great point that I didnt consider, in regards to trading the time/skillset for that 2.5%...As you mentioned, it makes more sense to use your time and energy in places that you excel in, rather than trying to do it all yourself.

They took all the cash out of the park for years with no reinvestment of time, energy or maintenance.

Revenues for Short Term Rentals in a lot of markets are way down this year, some well above a 20% decrease, the other thing to think about is do you even have the time/energy to do an STR?
