To give some context before my questions to everyone, here's a little about me and where I'm at in my investment journey.

I obviously had not educated myself well before diving in. 

Joining BiggerPockets is a fantastic first step – it’s where so many great real estate journeys start.

But:Talk is that over 200,000 probationary government employees, 14,000 permanent US AID employees, thousands of IRS employees, thousands of Dept Of Education employees and a long list of other departments are about to or have gotten more thousands of layoff notices.

I know depending on where an investor is in their fix and flip journey and the market this will vary, but Im curious because I feel like this is important when it comes to a good deal since some investors might not mind making less to have more doors. 

What’s your main focus, or what are you hoping to get out of your journey here?

You will get through this, and while it feels overwhelming now, this chapter will one day be just a stepping stone in your real estate journey.

No use for a cashier when you got U-Scan will soon come to RE, people today a lot more educated then 50-100 years ago btw.
