Can anyone recommend a reliable, budget conscious HVAC sub-contractor who works in the La Cresenta area?

We need good, budget-conscious insurance for this short-term project(1-2 months).

What I'd say is you must be conscious of the dynamics of student housing [a different beast], the somewhat unpredictable CapEx during turnovers and several other factors unbeknownst to you guys now. 

I also got pretty pissed off with the current market setup, where double agency is rampant (despite being illegal in all other professions) and where buyers agents don't disclose their compensation to buyers, so you have no idea if your buyer agent is consciously or subconsciously tipping the scale based on the best deal to him/her.

I also consciously weed out the crap that tries to infect our minds on a daily basis.

Long story short, my husband and I made every conscious effort to make a change for ourselves that eventually led us to make this life-changing decision.
