@Rishika Garimella I am a local home inspector and investor in the area. i think Austin is a sleeping giant right now. the rates are really scaring away buyers. but since competition is so low right now, its a great time to snag some property while its not being ripped apart by investors. i think the hutto manor area is a great choice, once that freeway opens up that connects taylor to round rock, it will definitely become a point of interest.

Definitely a manageable place to start and a good stretch. 

The one stop shopping is definitely the appeal, but remains hard to find.

But if you’re questioning whether your condo will keep appreciating the way you want, and you’re set on staying in real estate investing, a 1031 could definitely be worth exploring.

this is my first ever mortgage and I've never had to pay rent so this is definitely going to be an adjustment for me, but I've been wanting to do this for the last 4-5 years now and i figured the best way to get into it is to jump right in!
