Curious what the more experienced folks here think is the best strategy given the current rate cuts happening.

Hey Dan,I hear you on the challenges of profitability in certain markets, especially when tenant laws and taxes start cutting into cash flow.

Here is an opinion: The increasing US deficit and US rate cuts will cause asset valuations to rise. 

The current rates already included the anticipated rate cut.

This week the FED outshined expectations and instead of a .25 basis point reduction they cut it by .50% which is huge for home buyers!

My messages will have [short cuts] to information within the listing so when the information changes, I only have to update it in a single location.As a guest, I can't tell you the number of times there are discrepancies between what a host will tell me in a message versus what the Airbnb listing will say.

When looking at violent and property crime rates, I cut out some markets because I felt their crime rates were higher than I was comfortable with.

She found out they were trying to cut her out of the deal, the owner will delay things till the agency agreement expires.

We want to cut through the noise  and bring more transparency and community to the space. 

I met him many times before awesome GUY but you can definitely tell the dude is the biggest slacker in the world (for example: if he knows that going the long way will benefit him greatly but will be hard in the process, but cutting through the backyard to avoid the long-distance of wearing will be better, he will most definitely take the short cut!
