Many people refer to the Types of property as Class which is not accurate.All that being said the dollar is the worlds reserve currency and will likely remain so and Real Estate is still the number one safest asset to store wealth.

That would tend to drive real estate appreciation, and/or currency devaluation relative to real estate (inflation) up.

I also decided only to purchase places where historical currency valuations for the USD are to my advantage. 

I recently got a pretty nice raise and so now I live on half of my income, and I've been investing the other half into index funds and crypto currency, but this raise happened a month ago.

He has the cash, but it is currency, not in the bank.  

It would virtually eliminate the need for all other currencies globally.  

The stock market is driven by currency manipulation, QE. 

Also be sure to include any gain or loss due to currency exchange.

If it can be done at a bank or currency exchange and get it notarized even better.
