I’am 24 years old and I would like to network with real estate investors with multiple units it don’t matter if your from the US or out the US I love talking to different people with different backgrounds and different cultures and racists, I’am from flint Michigan so I’am willing to network with anybody from Michigan or out of Michigan, I just love soaking in all of y’all knowledge!!

Like everyone has said, it depends on the College or University you are buying around as to the location/culture/quality of houses/etc.

Owners of some conventional high-rises that were built to serve the corporate culture of the 20th century have responded to the trend by making the outdoor spaces they do have more welcoming, with gardens, coffee stations, decks and seating meant to reverse the air of exclusivity prized by builders and tenants in the 1980s.

I remember at graduation we were looking at the economy and saying to each other "I hope I don't end up working at McDonald's" and then six months later cheering and celebrating with a friend for scoring a job at Chick Fil A because that was a feat!

So be at peace - maybe even celebrate if that happens - because your contract price holds.Congrats on your soon-to-be new home!

I ask have they been to the area before, will they be bringing a dog and if they are celebrating any special occasion.

I'm all for controlling taxes, but I'm not into the whole Conquer and Dominate culture that I think, wrecks what is great about towns like Austin and pushes workers out who can no longer afford to live where they work.
