I think they will continue to see success in their niche but they should be careful about letting these issues become too commonplace.  

and as they sell you continue to 1031 them back into new DSTs or back into bricks and mortar if you're tired of retirement. 

In fact, most of them probably won't show you any positive cash flow.Most areas of Texas have been struggling.
