You could go over there and confront them in person however sounds like you don't know much about these people or what they are capable of.If it was me, I wouldn't waste any more time and would simply make a cash for keys offer, with the caveat that if they are not out by a certain date, you will proceed with an eviction and that cash for keys offer will be off the table forever.

ive got my w2 and realized ive earned $169,000.00 from a $22/hour working 96 hours every 2 weeks. when back in 2019 ive earned $41,900.00 on a $19/hour. ive sold some stocks but i didnt get no where close to $100,000.00. i dont want to confront my company payroll, i want to get the people in my company in trouble for falsifying my w2. any ideas?

They are not a real valuation of property, but more a number to CYA for the bank, and the appraiser.....I would confront the appraiser with your numbers and facts and see if they will adjust.

My question is this. i live in my own home, and graciously let this older man move in with me and my husband. it was supposed to help him out to get back on his feet, and take some pressure off me to care for my terminally ill husband. he leaves sometimes late at night and comes back sometimes with questionable people early hours of the moring or as early as 1am. do i have to answer the door and let him in.. he has tried to kick the door down when i didnt answer the door fast enough. i caught him on camera a few months ago stealing from us, he gave it back after confrontation. its been a nightmare
