How do you navigate the wholesale transaction when buyer is wanting to use traditional financing?

It keeps him interested and busy but he sees I was right on with my student rentals compared to the stock market.

I think the folks that pay for these programs have the wherewithal to simply cut a check and its no big expense to them compared to what they stand to get out of it. 

Other than that, it is really a light doc loan with not many strings attached compared to a conventional mortgage.

I compare that to the trulia crime map and stay away from the red areas.
