Hey @Dean Attali or @Matt Altrich,I'm starting to take a look at PM companies and came across M&M Property Pros.

I am a district manager with a company called Build 2 rent, and i live in Cape Coral.  

Do any of the tenants have Dogs (Breed restrictions are individual to each company).These may not prevent you from getting insurance but they may limit the number of companies willing to insure it.

Single-family management companies are seeing interest from buyers.

It has to be sold prior to dissolving the company to clear the debt against it and free up cash.

I’ve been contacted by the Angi company but I’ve read a lot of negative comments regarding how the treat their contractors.

We do have a property management company and even with our experience with LTR's, just no way we could effectively manage this home without local property management. 

Mine are long term rentals (in 2 states), 3 SFH and 1 mult-unit and they recommended a Wyoming Trust over a Holding Company over an LLC for each property.

.: I just hired an architect to design and plans submit for ADU in my 8 multi unit to use the tuck under parking.Some people say do not try to be the general contractor as it will take way more time, costly mistakes and will be nearly impossible to manage with current work. best to hire a company that will do it all and cost about $250 per square foot.

The company cries the blues about having to inject money into maintaining the trees so they can make a profit.
