I don't have much experience with animals so a walking service wasn't on my radar at all. 

The property owner always loses while the arbiter has no skin in the game at all, just skimming profits off of the owner and can walk away any time they want without reprocussions. 

On the high end it's $5000 to $10,000 or more (Kris Krohn on that high end) and they will "walk you through every step to buying a property and be successful like me" while flashing around Ferraris and Rolex watches. 

Seller was easy to deal with, tenants were month to month, and the college was within walking distance How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow doesn't tell the story I shared on the 19119 zip code but driving the neighborhood, walking properties,  observing the daily routines of those who live there and listening to residents articulate their wants and needs does.

I grew up in Brooklyn and have been walking investment properties since I was 2 years old in New York with my dad.

Chris has been very responsive for the last week, we walked through the property i invested in and its currently under remodel.
