My heart goes out to her because she's a single mom who has lived through a tough six years: lost her husband in a motorcycle accident, raising three young children with special needs and survived a bout with breast cancer.

For ease, think of the Series LLC as the parent LLC and the individual series as the children.

The owner could also die, the children assert a fraudulent agreement, yada, yada......

However, because of the location my wife and I would love to raise our children their and keep the property in the family.

I am from Ontario, so WV area is much closer than TX ;)  We have 4 children, David is 42 and I am 40. 

I have always taught my children and grandchildren that If you don’t ask, you will never know.  

Bedroom above garage would make excellent office space, which has cute bonus space designed as children's playhouse.

So, her and her children are living at the home and the guy is in another state with his job. 

My plan is to acquire a portfolio of buy and hold properties sufficient to support my husband and me in our retirement (~20 yrs from now), as well as to create a legacy for our children.
