Honestly, hiring a lawyer might end up costing more than the process itself, especially if things don't go in your favor.I’d recommend approaching the neighbor directly to discuss it, making sure they’re aware of the serious safety risk.

(It's funny now) I hired a property management company and sure enough they told me the best qualified renter was the one who wanted to do a 9 month lease and pay it all upfront.

From everything I hear the costs exponentially grow when a PM hires out your repairs/maintenance compared to the cost of you source the work yourself.

So, if someone hires me to build something for them...I charge around that price.

I started out by hiring out management and then learned to do it myself.  

I more so meant if there are people you could hire to do a pre-inspection to ensure you pass on the first go!

Not knowing who the person is and hiring them without seeing an active job or a job they have ever done 2.

Accounting system is a mess… >- Firing people at least weekly 1-2 employees at a time. it is clear that hiring and yet but appropriate for these people firing is what they do best.- Remember that people have left other work for this and only there a short time.

Better job hiring contractor.
