I bought a bunch of business cards first starting out assuming I would be dishing them out like Candy at meetups etc, but reality is when you make a good connection the contact gets saved directly into your phone bypassing the need for a biz card.

For example here in DFW we see people looking as far West as Weatherford, as far north as Gainesville, Whitesboro, and Sherman-Denison....east to Terrell...south to Waxahachie, SW to Burleson, Crowley, Cleburne, and Joshua.

Worth....NW of Ft Worth....380 corridor between Decatur and McKinney, East of the city in places like Fate, Heath, Royse City and you can go south too....Red Oak, Burleson, Crowley, Cleburn, Joshua.

Torrance does have a nice “Candy Cane Lane” neighborhood which is nice during Xmas.

If your tenants consistently pay on time every time year after year and take care of your property and don't make the neighbors mad, a box of candy,  or a $25 gift certificate from local grocery store is just good customer service.
