My MIL just got a diagnosis she's got cancer and six months to live, but the family decided not to tell her.

I live in a very rural area where properties can be 1-2 hours from the neighbors and in remote locations, particularly up in the mountains where cell phone signals don't exist.

Any suggestions as to how to get a current phone number for a property owner?  Feel like we've scoured the internet and also paid on various sites for information, such as Spokeo in Intelius- though we've found 6 diff...
