It makes more government borrowing very painful - I doubt we will hear about another massive stimulus injection, and the Federal Deficit is actually shrinking in 2022, compared to 2021 (after adjusting for COVID relief craziness).

Yes, our city/County it's ironic that they for years have been poor money managers that have continued to operate at a deficit, but in their infinite wisdom they don't mind also over extending their authority to make other counter productive measures to hurt our pockets as well.

As a broker if you are carefully adding on just  a few agents and not a mill then you are very careful about who you take on.If I had a dollar for every time I heard a new agent was going to take over the real estate world the national deficit would be paid down............. : )New agents tend to think they are hot stuff and overvalue themselves in the market.
