Does any body have a wood floor guy they would recommend in the Fayetteville area?

Investing is a new passion for me I originally was planning on a career in the medical field to get away from the hard physical labor I am currently doing (trying to think long term) as my body takes a beating.

I'm not a big fan of tattoos however newer investors and wholesales should copy @Dev Horn's post above and have it permanently inked somewhere in there body that they see a lot of, whether belly, butt or forearm.Great message, Dev. 

My question is have any body ever experienced a problem buying an REO property using hard money lenders?   

It can be a lot cheaper if you rent a house with friends, but there's a good chunk of the student body that doesn't want to live in the proverbial party house. 1,000 new housing units MIGHT start to make a dent in demand.

Essentially, I was carrying so much stress around, my brain and body would sort of short circuit and I'd end up with a full on seizure - the whole enchilada with a crash to the floor and muscular spasms and contractions for anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes.  

On the way home I listened to podcast 139 and heard Fat Tony say something that's been on my mind for a few days; "I'm a business man, not a handyman."

The original developers who bought the land and started the whole thing got a big fat goose egg and a lot of grief dealing with initial land buying stages and development.The LLC, umbrella insurance, etc. are just tools.

While the court may find in your favor....good luck actually collecting from her.Also I do suggest that if you end up in court....or in front of any sort of disciplinary body like the Boston Fair Housing Commission....you absolutely must get a lawyer.
