I am guessing I made a mistake, because now I get multiple calls a day from mostly three different lenders: Rocket Mortgage, Loan Depot and I am not sure what the third is.They feel like salesmen, is there a catch with using them vs using a small bank or an established brick and mortar bank like BoA?

Most of the time, your Chase, BOA, Citi type banks will not be interested, but always worth a call too.

As of now, most of the banks I've contacted simply don't have a construction loan product, but perhaps I shouldn't be talking to BoA and Wells Fargo for this.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Heard about robo-signing, and BoA foreclosure mess, and how lawyers/defaulters are getting more embolded to resist and sue the foreclosing bank.Does title insurance cover me in case the previous owner sues for "improper foreclosure process" used by US bank, if any?

Our biggest problem was that Bank of America, or perhaps just the person handling our loan at BOA, either didn't know what she was doing, didn't care, or both.
