I just purchased a property and will be having a formal meeting with the PM shortly to set expectations right to all parties. 

That could be having her buy interest in the LLC or it can be granting an interest for some other contribution.

It would seem even with buy/hold you would be having too much negative cash flow every month on the house.

But more have been good tenants that took care of my place, paid the rent, and gave proper notice when they left.That said, you cannot assume they will be well-behaved and compliant and just hope for the best.

Local markets behave locally.

[On another note, the wysiwyg editor is behaving a little wonky ... if I hit the space bar at the beginning of a line, focus leaves the editor {Using Safari v5.1.10}

And ANY service animal that is not behaving appropriately...ie is threatening, defecating, etc...can be asked to leave, even if they are a "highest level" animal.Now, with all that said, there are still protections for owners of the "second level" of service animals and this is the part that is important for all of us. 

I seem to be having an issue!
