What does the seller need to avoid bankruptcy?

GM is going to go bankrupt, or throught something that looks a lot like bankruptcy.

A little about me I have a few thousand in cash, a bankruptcy 2 1/2 years ago, my credit rating is in the high 600's now.

They used an undisclosed third party that filed for bankruptcy, resulting in the freezing of rent payments that were in-process.I lost over $700 in that debacle.  

I am in the process of filing bankruptcy and I substitute three days a week.

Well, I am not try to do a told you so at all, just trying to let others know to do their homework....A very quick google search found....on the first results page:-document about Peter Kitchin bankruptcy, small red flag-a thread on BP from 3 years ago By User Dale Stevens mentioning these guys and discussion that he has found at least 12 victims of theirs.

The seller wants to file bankruptcy for other personal reasons. 

The typical issue that arises is bankruptcy where I have been involved in one that drug on for 2 years

My neighbor declared bankruptcy about 4 years ago and thought that the house was no longer his and planned on living in it until the sheriff came to kick him out.
