posts make me feel a little awkward but I'll suppose I'll bite the bullet and do so, haha.I've been looking to buy my first multi-family property for about 8 months now.

Having read most of J Scott’s personal blog and following his New Construction diary here on BP, I’m fairly certain he’s the latter.Who needs crime dramas and cable TV when you have the original Dos Equis man right here – investor, husband, father, dog owner and poker player…- He once had an awkward moment during a negotiation, just to see how it feels- If he were to submit an offer without a price, it would still be accepted- The house inspectors often question him just because they find him interesting- He has won the BP Lifetime Achievement Award, twiceNow, in all seriousness, hold that thought and don’t change the price of those books!..

Others are so shy and awkward that they appear not to be intimidators, until their situation changes so they gain more confidence, and suddenly they are revealed to be bullies as well.I can assure you that if you ever deal with me in any business matter, that from a business perspective you will not be treated any differently, and you don't have to adopt a war stance with me.

This can be awkward but its totally worth it.  

The duplex I'm under contract for is about a block south from Elizabeth St and Geer St, one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs, with the awkward front porch that has 2x4's forming the balustrade -- did you see that one? 

That's the best way I know to find yourself unemployed, it would definitely change the way I feel about my employees, it would be awkward.  

AWKWARD. 

Right now there are awkward hops to third party sites that confuse half of the people.  

Think of it as the awkward in between stage, where you are the "ugly" duckling". 

More like a tiny bathroom on the 2nd floor to accommodate 2 bedrooms which seems awkward to me.
