Even if they do vent the attic, as they should, I can not imagine a scenario where the asbestos portion will enter the house atmosphere in a significant way. 

Especially young people likes the cozy atmosphere that chalk paint creates.

Make sure you like the atmosphere of the area that you are looking to purchase.

You do have folks who like the educated and cultural atmosphere who stay put.

The house was in a solid B neighborhood with a family friendly atmosphere.

McDaniels College (formerly Western Maryland College) does add a level of the college atmosphere to the area but not as significantly as say a College Park area. 

Open houses also creates a competition atmosphere.
