Anti-discrimination (fair housing) laws in MA are no joke. 

I am one of those anti-Guru guys.

@Tyler Kurz  having made a business out of this prior to WA and OR. passing the anti skimming and foreclosure rescue laws.. you would be surprised folks are generally not to mean if you pound on the door..

I am very Anti-Guru and I don't believe in all these courses and programs spending $2,500-$40,000 on coarse.

I’m already invested in the markets I’ve chosen  I would stay far far away from Chicago.ITs a city and state with major major financial issues, and is hugely anti landlord.Imo its not a place for out of town investors, and best left locals.

Many people here on BP seem to be anti-condo. 

I am not suggesting doing this for the roof but two ways to convert insoluble iron oxide( rust ) to a soluble form that is removed with a water rinse is to use either oxalic acid ( 5% solution on the rust for about 30 minutes( can wet towels so it adheres and does not run off) in water or a commercial product called "Iron Out" which is sodium hydrosulfide I think.

There is major mold growth as well which would require more than a anti- microbial agent to take care of.

One of the Guru's though who I had a anti wholesaling module IE telling folks not to waste their time on wholesaling they should look at deals from wholesalers but not engage in the activity because its not a long term viable option for most folks..

How can a state law supercede a federal law.I don't believe it can. it's the reason CA's very strong anti-spam law has been watered down, and the Federal CAN/SPAM prevails.The law can say let's play nice, but that's just words.
