I know the kids and animals can be an issue with house hacking.

Pretty sure if you can’t ask why someone needs a support animal you’re going to find the law is pretty clear you can’t ask medical questions.

This is a new animal for me.

Once see in person going to get in touch with the contractor about getting this repaired property however I wanted to see where my legal rights are as I expect this work to be done with no expense to me.One of reason the side yard was so important is we allow tenants to have animals and for an in city rental it was popular to have the yard for animals and kids to play in. 

Another was about a dog not being a pet but being a support animal.

Mobile homes in parks are a different animal.

Blocked condensate pan, dirty air filters, clogged pump, low freon, unit dying, vents not properly installed, air conditioning unit too small for square footage/airspace, exhaust blocked by plant material or stuff stored, animal inside the unit?

I would ask the neighbor(s) to send you video of the tenant blasting music/making loud noises as well as provide you with any police and/or animal control reports that have been filed. 

In their markets that could be the wise choice  But SF  LA Seattle  etc these are different animals.
