Just echoing what @Bruce Lynn says...this is NOT a job for amateurs.

Unless you are planning on becoming a professional agent (and not become one of the 80% part time amateurs) do yourself a favor and hire an experienced  pro (who is also an investor and "gets it") and focus on your investing!
