Well An American Piloted jet liner and some of the better european ones and Quantas and Singapore airlines along with Cathey.. :) you get the point though.. not common. tenants have no money to sue you generally speaking

I think there is a market for that....maybe just guys without wives on fishing trip who want to walk to bars and marina, or college students/younger crowd who want to be near the party scene, maybe airline staff.

If you're going to try and do the whole 'churn' thing and hold 10+ cards at a time, it may be more work then it's worth - you're better off using that time to focus on finding good RE deals :)I happen to have 2-3 credit cards at a time depending on which hotels/airlines i'm using - SPG Amex (for hotels), United Explorer (for flights) and my all-time favorite card, Chase Sapphire Preferred (for dining and everything else).
