For example when someone wants to have financial freedom and spend more time with family, but then sets a goal by creating a heavy active income stream that involves their personal involvement daily.

I’m hopeful I’ll get good leads in the coming month, and I actively reach out to unmatched leads that may work, and I intend to try creative marketing and see what happens. 

For Livermore, the activity is slower compared to the general Bay Area so you would need to be more cautious on picking the right property to flip, and the margin has to be large enough for it to make sense.

From what I’ve read in Bloomberg, markets like Omaha and Phoenix are seeing steady investor activity.
