Tell them you want to give your tenants the ability to deliver payments into your account directly.

Flooded the country's str's with more guests than ever because of all the extra money they got and their ability to work from anywhere so they could travel and still work. 

They need to be made aware of what an eviction will do to their ability to get a new place to rent.

Not everyone has the time and ability to do that and not everyone feels comfortable turning over control.

The hospitality element plays a huge role. 

When you move to a single carrier, you lose that competitive element, which could lead to less aggressive pricing in the long run.

They want the heating element to be inspected however we know it is working properly and the main heat/AC for their unit is the mini split, not the thermostat.

They do not however have the knowledge, credit score, or physical ability anymore to fix or get into real estate.

What folks dont have is sales ability and the Ability to close..
