When you are colleagues with someone, their interactions on the site will appear in your dashboard feed, you can send them private messages, and you can tag them in posts on the forums.You cannot tag people you are following, nor send them private messages without first sending a colleague request.

If you use Pricelabs I would suggest playing around on their market dashboard and see where your property falls with the other STR in your area.

If you need more advanced features like own dashboard and a well developed direct book site guesty is the way to go. 

Plus, I personally think it’s easier to edit settings and stuff from VRBO’s dashboard.

STR Insights is a great tool for data. theres also pricelabsarket dashboards, airdna and rabbu. 

If it's some weird hybrid, I'd look closely at your user agreement, as well as the interface/dashboard/portal that they use with the tenant.
