Yet isn't tiny custom houses pricier because there needs to be compartments all over the walk-in closet of a place, just so you can have guests visit or stay the night, the owners still want a study, an office, a recording studio...what that*(&_?

Taking care of the little things and making sure that your home’s entryway is inviting will make visitors feel welcome.

It may have hit load bearing walls, doesn't appear to have collapsed, so get the walls braced up immediately and get plywood on the outside to prevent weather or unwanted visitors.

Not sure how you would notice if they had more visitors than listed, but at least you don't end up with 5 permanently moving into to a room.

So, ask yourself what you can offer potential visitors WHAT they want, and what they will come back for.

Given its a small town, maybe the town as a whole could look at growth opportunities to attract visitors.
