As the rebuild quote of $18,000 was acceptable to us.Sure enough the roof began to leak again but by then we had it CFD & he decided to completely re-do the roof at his expense.We just reviewed another but this one has termite damage in the wood flooring & roof trusses so we walked.Get it inspected & if its going to be an issue get the price adjusted accordingly.
