I consider debts on income producing assets to be good debt, as opposed to debt on non-incoming producing assets such as cars, boats, toys, etc.

C'mon god, I want to see something impossible.Come to think of it might be the ultimate silliness to think god exists at all or that the bible is anything but a fable.

Never mind the fact all those shiny toys are still in their garage, toys that are now effectively being paid for by taxpayers.

Here's a simple analogy.Imagine putting a toy in front of the Christmas tree in august, and telling a child not to play with it until Christmas and then leaving the child with no one to supervise.

(I work from home so I hear it from 7AM - 11PM on avg every single night)- The kid is constantly dropping toys, slamming his toy box, etc which creates loud noises.- Whenever they leave a phone on the floor and its on vibrate our ceiling pretty much vibrates with the phone.- The kid constantly screams and yells and it sounds like he is in our apartment- The adults that live up there work all different hours...

However; when we had a subdivision, I had a table in the kitchen, kept cookies, fruit, crackers, and other snacks stocked up, with paper and crayons or other toys around.

That's like asking for the toy with your Happy Meal.

The toy store owner has customers, the burger joint has customers, an RE agent who doesn't have an agreement to represent someone has a customer, landlords have customers they don't represent a tenant, they don't act on their behalf, they provide a product and service.

Well... it happens that apparently is like a toy or something big stuck in the toilet.
