I was wondering if it’d be better for me to put out 25 signs a week and just leave them out there or put out 50-75 signs on a Friday and pick them up on a Sunday night?

I am purchasing these apartment complexes now at about $33,000 a door in a blue collar good hard working neighborhood where I would not feel afraid for my 16 year old niece to walk around at 9:00 pm. on a Friday night. 

I have connected with an agent at real estate company Long & Foster, who I will be meeting with this Friday about taking their class and future employment.

Outside of that, it's ready to go (inspection was last Friday). 

Time is a factor as I need to decide weather to purchase or terminate the contract by this Friday.

Describing contractors as guys that on friday head to the bar or buy drugs . and now we have people saying give this guy a chance , a guy who values himself at  $12 bucks an hour . 

I ordered a title search today on the property, so I should have a better idea on friday if there are any hidden issues.
