You also have to file for eviction as soon as the problem starts.Call the local narc squad and tell them that you suspect drug dealing is going on and you can't get the tenant out without a police report.I would also write a letter to the chief of police and the mayor complaining about them moving the felon into your unit without the landlord's permission, and asking why they placed a felon into a house where there is suspicion of drug dealing.
