if you only have enough for one project at a time, and that project goes south... you're taking the property back and trying to sell it.

For example saying racism is worse than it was in our parents lifetime... my parents remember when there were separate bathrooms and water fountains for different races and people were still being lynched in the South, so it's obviously an egregiously untrue statement although I agree that racism is still a big problem. 

Acquiring land in Virginia and South Carolina where Data Centers are most populous seems like a winning strategy.

I know that as prices rise in Colorado Springs people are moving further south to avoid the price hike, and Pueblo offers much less expensive options.

Just a note for you since I was just talking to a client about this: if you live in a high-income state or have privacy concerns and are living the digital nomad lifestyle, south Dakota has an interesting residency status program that can potentially save you guys 10s of thousands on income tax and have great anonymity. 

Does anyone have referrals to residential cleaning services that cover South Tampa, ESPECIALLY if they are experienced in non-toxic cleaning since I'm house hacking my home?

It's just so different than the COC return of the south or far west sides. 

High demand in those locations pushes rents and prices consistently higher year over year, access to commuting and metro reduces vacancy, much more demand for room rentals south of 200. 

That would make the existing development north and south of I-10 more appealing. 

That is what my two separate clients did.For $150-200k - we can search in the Belmont/South Park/Northridge Estates/Huber Heights area as we may get priced out of Kettering/Centerville/Beavercreek.
