A cousin of mine mentioned BiggerPockets to me my sophomore year of high school and ever since I have followed the BP network religiously - listening to every podcast, scrolling on the forums, and networking as much as I can.

They have to open the email, then take the trouble to open a PDF and scroll to the purchase price section only to find a super low number.

Scrolling through real estate listings is something that I have done daily since I was in middle school and had purchased probably 50+ house plan books even before then.

But Brandon Turners book “Investing in Real Estate With Low and No Money Down”, is a good book covering the art of creative financing, and its all in one location if you dont want to scroll through the hundreds of episodes!

This is my first post after a long time of scrolling and reading what everyone else has to say.

I was recently browsing through Realtor.com and found a promising 3/1 SFH that was at a very modest price - only to scroll through the pictures and find that the roof had caved in, and it looked like there had been squatters living there.
