Title company went after the crook and cleaned up my  title. 

I’ve visited every other property I’ve considered in the past, so this is uncharted territory for me, and it feels a little out of my comfort zone.I’m considering putting it under contract sight unseen to lock it up, but I don’t want to make a rookie mistake here.I'm looking for some advice here.

Consequently,  there's rarely enough of a deviation in price between these auctions and what you can buy on the MLS/elsewhere with full diligence capabilities to make these transactions worthwhile. 

I use the app Meetup.com to find out about local real estate events and masterminds.

The GC can give you a much closer estimate the more detail you give them.  

Having a full renovated home in the inner city is like being a sitting duck.

You post in FB groups that might be a few hundred plus here on BP which would be maybe a few thousand (making up these numbers).
