There are NO institutional investors that will jump on this kind of deal, but you can maybe find a private lender or do a Joint Venture (equity split?).

Typically they are not eligible for traditional financing which implies other funding sources (HML, private Monet, self funded, etc).

I emailed him once more demanding an update and received no response.On 6/4 Jeff Swiecicki sent out an email to all of his clients stating he was shutting down PM services effective immediately and to give him 90 days for final accounting.On 6/7 a private discord group called “JBS-BS” was opened for anyone who was affected and owed money from Jeff Swiecicki.
