My lease has a default M2M paragraph that keeps all the terms of the lease enforced with the exception of the time period in the event the tenant has holdover possession of the property.

I'm positive and hopeful they will work with me on this...My question is for you legal guys and gals out there: If I can't work something out with the Church, is there any chance at all I have a case for adverse possession here?

Court Approved the writ of possession and now it is scheduled for eviction with marshals office.
