Class D is mostly rentals (another tip to look at owner occupied stats and/or if the neighborhood is identified for revitalization), the tenants are outside smoking, they are talking to neighbors and solicitors, it is a completely different vibe that is pretty noticeable just driving through.

Bitcoin prices and future prices seem to be linked now so it’s basically been at 16.5K for the 5 days or so since trading opened.

These are all great tips and advice, especially for someone like me who is thinking about becoming a real estate investor.As a newbie, I would say that there are tons of information, and some are conflicting at best.
