You'll have to do some research and talk with people who work and do business in the industry in your local market to get the answers to your questions. 

I got into the industry primarily to learn about real estate investments specifically long term rentals/ the BRRRR method so when it comes time for me to do my own deals I have the confidence and knowledge to do so.

Back 60 years ago the rental industry's rules were very much different from today for my grandpa. 2 generations later,  now im learning to own property with its success in mind.

Not the circumstance itself.So this ENTIRE industry is tricking you.

Maybe your experience was good, and I would like to hear about it.It's disappointing that BP has taken this very EXPENSIVE approach to selling leads, like the other bottom feeders in the industry that sell leads.

@Nicholas CrumThe guru instructor stated it was 10 days for banks, 30 days for the auto industry, and 2 other industries I forgot that are 30 days.
