It all depends on the extent of the non US person's presence in the US.

The daily show has helped me have a consistent presence in iTunes and via Google searches.

Thank god nothing happened during the two years.I asked them to take care of the HOA payments.

I want to learn hands on before I make my first investment and wanted to see if anyone knew of a good way to freelance for investors using the skills I currently have.I live in the Cleveland area and could assist with any opportunities onsite or that would require a local presence but I would also be interested in anything that could be done remotely.I am interested in hearing what you all think.Cheers!

My offer on a REO was rejected as too low - the issue with the townhouse is listed at (1)"system did not hold pressure due to damages, unable to find source of allleaks, water heater damaged at side where TPR valve damaged" and (2) "Water Supply and Sewage system was inspected for presence of obvious visible defects.

That all I said, appreciation is a gift from the Gods.
