A 2bedroom/2bath a few doors down just sold for $750k this week and just popped up on my feed. 

Say there’s a way to sidestep the door-opener issue.

I have 14 doors and one commercial space and am looking to choose an AI tool to take-away the apprehension of unknows and provide the data and answers that I need to make a data driven decision towards purchase.

The occupants steal the appliances, cabinets, doors, toilets, and everything else they can sell.

Seasoned investors have a minimum per door and that's around $150/mo now.

I did see it and scheduled the sprinkler installation but heard they are now requiring additional improvements that weren't originally discussed like multiple egresses, changes to pool room doors etc.   

It also makes it harder for other operators down the road--- not your main concern but we all impact each other.What about you and your wife live in the garage unit, and rent out the house for a lot more, at least until all this permitting is figured out.

I have contractors and home warranty for each of the 8 doors.
