I do know a good painter, electrician, flooring, and for the things needed for people i do no know I do know a good contractor that I can trust.If this works out I do not have crazy dreams of making a ton of money when it would sell.

I need electricians Plumbers...etc.Any help anyone?

Watch out for contractors or electricians trying to sell solar.

I pay plumbers by the hour, and hvac and electricians.

An electrician rarely hires another electrician for example. 

If not, you can have tradesmen (plumbers, HVAC, electricians) do work and pull permits and have handymen/carpenters do the rest.Whats the scope of your work?

In the mean time i will get a plumber, electrician and the GC to get some estimates to see if my #'s are correct. 

Act like plumbers electricians but get paid per day and are instructed what o do by the property owner.I spoke to a local today who has 100 units and I tried explaining that his handyman who he tells to do things and works 8 hours a day  5 days a week is his 'employee' and the landlord laughed told me i'm an idiot and said that sort of law would put me out of business or I'd just be a slumlord and not do repairs.
